About this dinner
Founded in 1997 by Trey Zoeller and his father Chet, a renowned bourbon historian, Jefferson’s Bourbon is known for an experimental and non-traditional approach to whiskey maturation.
With an 8th-generation family distilling heritage, the brand has created some of the most innovative expressions in modern bourbon — including the famous Jefferson’s Ocean, aged at sea as barrels travel the globe.
Every entry includes a bottle of Jefferson’s Rye, which can be signed by Trey during the event.
